Trying to rescue transplanted parsley seedlings in the extreme hot weather in the last two days, I almost neglected my nursery and other young plants. Had a close look this morning, there were a few new activities going on... .
The FIRST amaryllis to have the second leaf! Yo ho!!
The odd looking frangipani seedling mentioned in this post is also growing some ordinary-looking leaves now.
The others are going pretty well too. This is the first time I try to grow these. I heard they don't like too wet, so I have been gradually reducing watering frequency as they grow bigger.
Grass are developing well. I don't need to water them every day now. I didn't use any device to sow them. Just hoping they will grow to fill in the gaps themselves.
This is a mock orange I found the other day when I was clearing weeds in between the rocks. No idea about its age, but I decide to keep it and watch it grow.
The sunflower seeds I sowed for this experiment have had one coming up this morning. It is only the third day since planting!
One out of four rose cuttings is not looking good. The two with black caps in the first image are quite new.
grass is growing well. it will fill the gaps - do not worry. I am quite experienced with grass seeds.
